About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, developing performance strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for coaching teams, closing deals, and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Set sales targets, track KPIs, and report on team performance and forecasting.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions with team members.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:
• 4–6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with sales CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
