Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, and a passion for continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Monitor and manage workflows, schedules, and staffing to meet production targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment usage, and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and materials usage.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for equipment and machinery.



Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and improve performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related certifications.
• Experience in [Industry – e.g., electronics, automotive, consumer goods, etc.].
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
